This item contains five different settings:

Auto Hold

►Main menu ►Activity ►Activity Setting ►Auto Hold

If you stop for a pause during training, your watch is able to stop data

recording automatically. As soon as you continue your course,

recording goes on. This lets you calculate the average speed and

average pulse rate accurately.

The following options are available:

Off

Disables the feature. Data recording will be

continuous.

When Stopped

If you stop during training so that no speed is

detected, recording will be paused until you

resume your training.

Custom Speed

Here you can enter any speed value. If your

speed falls below the set trigger value, recording

will stop. It will continue once your speed has

exceeded the trigger speed value.
